This tool is great for steaks thick or thin. Easy to use and some difficulty to clean but it comes with its own cleaning brush that makes the job easier.Tip: Season your steaks first so that the tool can push the seasoning inside of the meat.

A bit small but it does the job. Sharp and sturdy.

Pain in the butt to clean, do the best you can and then throw it in the dishwasher
