I did not buy this product for weight loss, I bought it because I read a lot of reviews about the health benefits. So far, I notice that it does speed up my metabolism which makes me hungry. I read reviews about it suppressing your appetite, it does the opposite for me. I have difficulty eating breakfast normally, so I've been drinking the tea and actually eating breakfast. I'm happy about that. I haven't used this product long term, but so far I'm happy I purchased it. Hope this helps anyone reading these reviews.

Nice flavor! The down side is that I find it difficult to mix into hot water and impossible to mix into cold water. No matter what I do it always clumps up and sinks to the bottom. It tastes good so I’d probably still purchase it again in the future.

This is nothing special. It's just regular Matcha tea. Find the cheapest Matcha and pair it with Skinny Bunny PM Tea. I did lose weight with this program but also was eating healthy.

I love having this instead of my usual coffee here and there, especially with almond milk

At first I didn't like the taste of the tea but then once i sweetened it with some lemon and sweetener it tasted amazing drinking the teas makes me less hungry
