This is wonderful 100% Pure Roasted Coffee Bean Oil. I love mixing a few drops into my nightly moisturizer along with a few drops of squalene oil. It does have a light scent of fresh roasted coffee, but I don't even notice it after a bit. The benefits to my skin from using this coffee bean oil have been wonderful. It has caffeine in it, which does great things for your skin. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and my skin feels and looks smoother, brighter, more evenly textured, and it immediately helps soften my fine lines and wrinkles. I'm looking forward to seeing more changes over the next few months. Highly recommend!

I used it to make a DIY Eye Cream, it worked as expected.

I bought this to try on my diffuser but this is a heavy oil and does not properly diffuse any coffee scent, instead leaving a residue on the inside of the diffuser tank. So that one reviewer who claims to have used this in their diffuser either has a very special kind of diffuser, or was lying. I next tried warming this inside my wax/oil warmer machine and it did not diffuse coffee scent that way either. It put out an odd sickly sweet chemical-y smell, almost like whatever this is made of was breaking down under heat. Lastly, I tired putting some on my skin and hair and the scent went away within a minute. I'm really disappointed because this smelled so much like coffee beans in the bottle, but it is useless to me for any scent related purposes. Don't buy if you are looking for a fragrance to use in your diffuser machines!!!!

I love the smell of roasted coffee. I use this in my essential oil diffuser and it works great. It is not overpowering in scent; it just adds a lovely coffee aroma to my kitchen. It is a nice change from the other essential oils I use.I have used this on my skin and it works good for that too. It does seem a little strong in scent for use on the skin, but I think it is good for the skin on occasion.The other thing is you can use this in a spray bottle. I use filter water and put a few drops of this in the spray bottle with the water. It makes for a very nice and unique air freshener, even in the bathroom.I think this is a very good company. I have ordered some other items from Tropical Holistic that I have been happy with. This product come in a 2 fl oz glass bottle with a dropper. I think it is priced reasonably for the quality of the product.

I liked this oil, I mainly used it in my homemade lip balm formula. I melt beeswax, cocoa butter, shea butters and add a little sweet almond oil , then I added a small amount of this coffee bean oil.It gave the balm a nice aroma that paired well with the cocoa butter. This oil has a dark color to it, obviously- but I mention this because I think it’s brilliant to use as a base for a “diy dry bronze oil” for summer time.It does make my skin noticeably softer. I would really like to know a rough estimate of how much (if any?) caffeine is in this. I don’t know for certain if it would have caffeine or not, because I’m not exactly sure what extraction method was utilized. It says “roasted coffee bean” yet it also says “cold pressed” so I’m a little confused here. If it was roasted prior to extracting, it’s likely to have caffeine because heat is what brings about the caffeine alkaloid.Because the description in regards to extraction method is not fully clear, I am doing 4 stars. It’s great otherwise.

Caffeine works to improve your mood, and has medicinal qualities. I think this would qualify as an astringent. This is a moisturizing item as well. The aroma is quite amazing. I made my house smell like coffee and my husband didn't like it. Oh, well. He doesn't like any smells in our home. I was working faster than normal when tzhe machine was turned on. This is quite concentrated, so it will last quite awhile.I just need my coffee in whatever form. Great quality and amaziong deal for what you get.Enjoy!

I should have gone with a green coffee bean oil; this roasted one doesn't do for me what I expected. The smell is simply too much like highly roasted coffee and not sweet and pleasing to me. When I put some on my skin, I smelled like I just spilled a dark roast on myself. The smell is strong. I believe a green coffee bean oil would be more appropriate for me.
