Not as good as Eboline, but better value
I have a problem with dry foot skin, so I apply a generous coating of petroleum jelly to them every night. Eboline is the gold standard for petroleum jelly in my opinion. But Eboline costs twice as much per unit volume. And Eboline is sold in a jar with a mouth too narrow for my huge hands.Casaway jelly is thicker than Eboline, but I didn’t notice the difference after a week. It absorbs just as well. Also my cats love this stuff. I asked my vet, and it’s perfectly fine for cats to lap up a bit of it every night. It probably helps them poop.

Great for sealing beer kegs
When I was teenager, this was in the household and available for my needs. My needs have changed. I’ve been using a non water soluble sealer that is good safe but has to be cleaned with solvents. What’s safe about that???? I’ve been kegging my homebrew beer for over 4 years and was told by an old carny guy , he used Vaseline and it’s easier to clean.

Finally found a container that will fit my closed fist!
The typical container of P-Jelly does NOT usually fit my meaty closed fist.....especially with my superbowl ring on.I'm SO glad that this tub can accomodate all of us when we're re-enacting 'Caligula' scenes. It would probably last longer if we could just get Gronk to stop using it for doing belly slides into the Bukakke circle :(

Necessary farm item
Mixed with hot pepper to apply to training horse leg bandages. Fairly priced but shipping cost was a little high. Quick delivery. Phenomenal packaging as it’s easy to open and close repeatedly.

Another amazing product used in agricultural, farming.
We use this vaseline agriculturally. At racetracks, and before, after exercise horses legs are wrapped as an after exercise treatment/precaution. We use Vaseline and hot pepper on the bandages to discourage the young horses from removing them.We also use it in the stall on wood surfaces of the horse is prone to chewing to discourage an unnatural behavior, using same ingredients-Vaseline and hot pepper. They make sprays to discourage and of the undesirable behaviors listed above, but they don’t work. This is great Vaseline, as it needs a stiffness to it. It can’t be soft and runny like dollar store brands.
