No word of a lie, the BEST soup-related recipe book I have ever seen. Recipes are from a variety of cultures and the book is split into accessible sections: Naturally Fast; Comforting; Bright & Fresh; Posh; Sweet Soups; Crunchy Tops & Swirly Swirls; Sides; Stocks & Broths.The photography is beautiful and the recipes are simple and well explained. A perfect winter companion.Spotted this for sale in a supermarket and checked on Amazon (standard practise) and was dramatically cheaper. I was able to flick through before buying and the recipes are fantastic!

This book is excellent. Making the soups have made me very happy... they are easy to make, you don't need lots of expensive equipment, they are easy to follow, don't take up too much time and taste absolutely devine. I've made 3 so far and have only had the book 3 weeks. I've already bought another copy for a friend's birthday present.

This is a beautiful book, filled with a diverse collection of really tasty soups. From the exotic to the everyday, all beautiful photographed in a way that inspires you to get creative with your soup-making. I bought this book for my mum but I'm seriously tempted to buy my own one. We love Leon and its fast (but healthy) food, and their gorgeous design.
