Comfortable
Just got them and so far I love them not loud enough to make my eardrums lbleedbutwhoneeds that anyway they sound great and plenty loud just not brain rattling I'm getting too old for that any wayptretty easy to connect the instructions for phone operation are pretty complicated with having to tap four and five times for different things haven't used the microphones yet but I can't imagine any serious issue because they seem built very well

Charging in the case is very finicky - Update - 2nd try and earbuds work perfectly
This is an update to my review below. I received a 2nd pair of these earbuds from customer service. They contacted me because of the problems I was having with my original set. They offered me a refund, but I really like these earbuds with ear hooks, so I asked for a replacement pair instead. I have had the new pair for 2 weeks now and have not had a single problem with them charging in their case. They snap in and connect easily without all the finicky stuff I had to do with the old pair. Now, I would rate these much higher. I have had a couple times when they lost the signal with my phone in my pocket, but they reconnect again, so they might be a little finicky with where the phone is, but overall, super great.**********************************************Original Review:I really want to like this pair of earbuds with hooks. The over the ear hooks solve the problem of ear buds falling out when I exercise. I can also leave them hooked over the ear but pulled out a little to listen to conversation around me when needed. They are comfortable to wear and I hardly notice them. I think the adjusting buttons are great, and only rarely do I have any pairing problems with my phone. I have had them for 5 months, and generally have had many good runs and experiences with them. As far as the ratings we are required to give for this, I don't have strong opinions on sound quality, so they are fine. I am unfamiliar with noise cancellation earbuds, so can't really rate them there either. My main problem is that the charging is pretty spotty. Starting on day 2, one of the earbuds didn't work. I found out that it hadn't stayed connected in the charging case and ran its battery down. (even though the strong magnets make it feel like it is securely in the correct place) Through several of these experiences, I have become a fanatic trying to get the earbuds to charge. I check to make sure the red charging light clicks on. It usually doesn't. I usually wiggle them and pop them in and out over and over trying to get them to connect. Often, I have to wipe the earbud and posts down to get it to charge. Sometimes I will get one to connect and then the other decides to turn on and I have to bounce between the two until they are both charging. Then I carefully leave the charging case flat and I am afraid to bump it. And still, I will notice that my phone is connected to the earbuds at times in the day, and sure enough, the earbuds are no longer in "charging" mode. They simply don't connect with the case very well, and I am always worried that even after I get them charging, they won't stay connected very well. Another problem with this is that if they aren't happily in the case charging, if I go to put it on, sometimes it won't connect to my phone. Then I have to start the whole thing over, wiping down poles and trying to get them to connect so I can pair them with my phone and go exercise. This process is overtaking all the reasons I like these earbuds. Consider a different situation if you haven't bought these yet. Otherwise, they are useable, you just have spend more time caring for them than any earbud you have ever owned.

Performs well with no complaints
Does what it should do, only complaint is the lack of a bass port for better lows. Fit & finish on these is nice, they sit well in the ear. Only touchy thing with them is the touch control on each ear bud, but that might be because of dry skin. have only had a handful of calls on this headset but no complaints about noise or sound quality.would recommend this headset for performance & cost.

Love the battery life
I got these for work. Pretty solitary job and I can listen to podcasts or audio books for almost all of a 10 hour shift. The battery on the headphones themselves last all day no problem and I've only charged the charging case one in two weeks. They fit good and the audio quality is good... maybe not as good as my 200 dollar Bose soundsports but almost and those were 200 dollars with maybe a 6 hour run time. The one thing I don't love is the tap controls... I'm used to having actual buttons on a wire between the headphones, so maybe it's just hard to find a place for buttons on smaller devices, so overall it's still been a great buy for me!

Failures in Pairing Galore
Had two pairs of these I tried to get working. Same issues on several different devices.Disclaimer on use style: From audiobooks and podcasts to phonecalls and work meetings, I pretty much wear a headset in one form or another every waking hour. Have used the neckband style for years, and a pair usually lasts me ~1.5 years barring any mishaps. Since I tend to only have one earbud in at a time and the airpod style just won't stay in place the Treblab X3 Pro seemed a good candidate for everyday **generic** use. I was especially interested in using one at a time so as to extend my freedom from being in device charging limbo to the whole day.Overall sound quality was pretty average for a generic functioning headset. Mic quality for calls was a bit substandard, ok in a pinch but was asked to repeat a lot.Had two pairs of these. OK.... Ready to test one at a time. So one bud in the case, one in my ear; can use one bud solo, success. Next, go to swap them out. Connected, but then disconnected... Noticed it had previously paired "TRELAB X3 Pro_L" but both buds were working... fiddled with it, and without the left I had to pair the right. OK, so now "TRELAB X3 Pro_R" is paired... but if I go to switch it got weird on meRoot of my 1 star rating: Initial pairing, got both connected and all seemed to go well. OK.... OK, so now "TRELAB X3 Pro_R" is paired... but if I go to switch it got weird... so I guess this is user earrorBasically sometimes the two earbuds would individually pair with my phone, but the 2nd bud seemed to want to/(have to?) Connect to the 1st bud.. trying to get them to work together, would have to start the pairing over again... whichever bud turned on first would connect, but then I would have to re-pair the 2nd or totally start again, turn it all off turn it on again. Entirely too much thinking. Would have stopped there on the review with a couple stars because I was trying to use them separately and otherwise it was kind of a 'meh' experience. But then, at the ~8 weeks in use point the 2nd pair (which had been in use by another family member) just completely stopped pairing. Couldn't get it to pair again for anything.
