Perfect mini cheesecake everytime.
I searched everywhere locally for this pan and finally ordered it online with just enough time to spare. I made miniture cheese cakes for a party at my daughter's office. This really made them easy to get out without destroying the presentation. I have used them to make bacon and cheese muffins for breakfast treats as well. They were easy to clean up but I did use a cooking spray.

Well made pan.
It's a very nice, well made pan. The individual sections are smaller than I had in mind. I need to pay more attention to dimensions.

This pan arrived incomplete. The removable pieces were not in package. I fast shipped it for Thanksgiving and was very disappointed when it arrived. The product could not be used. Sent back for refund.
