I use Tough Guard on both my classic car Mustang and newer Mercedes. Easy to apply and comes with two microfiber cleaning cloths. Impressed after a few rainstorms the water still beads off the paint as shown in the third picture. Even better, is how dirt is repelled. On newer cars that have aerodynamic body (Mercedes last picture), black soot tends to collect on the back of the vehicle. That soot (tire dust from freeway?) tends to stick to the paint requiring frequent car washes. After applying Tough Guard, the soot no longer sticks and now easily brushes off without scratches using a "California Duster"; the duster quick and no need of using water any more.Take a look at my Mustang in the first picture from recent car show. Usually light color cars tend to not show any reflection. You can see the palm tree reflected off the hood of the car!

Firstly, I am a professional Automotive/Marine Detailer. Secondly, this product is beyond great. Very easy to apply and the gloss levels are fantastic. It can be applied to all non porous surfaces. Something to remember, it is not a polish or compound. It is a protection, with ceramic properties. Therefore it is not going to correct scratches, or dents or dings. Several reviews have complained that it does not correct scratches. It will make a scratched up car look better, but the correction of scratches, (if possible) can only be done utilizing a polish or compound, preferably with a dual action polisher or rotary machine. The fact that there are actually one star reviews on this product is ridiculous.

In my younger days I built cars. A lot of them were show quality. I would spend hours detailing before a show. Over the last 20 years I've tried just about everything, my go to was mothers or McGuire's products which I can say are pretty good. Let me tell you this stuff is amazing. The quality of the shine is outstanding the protection seems to be holding up to rain pollen and dirt. Just washes right off. Its a Great product and I will try to always have a bottle handy from now on.

If you really want your car to shine like it's in the showroom and for water to bead and slide off like it has a force field, there is no short cut. You need to prepare the car with a very thorough cleaning job, and then you can spend a couple of hours with a good detailer's kit to put a high gloss ceramic coating on. That will last quite a while. But not all of us always have time to do a full wax job, much less a full detailing. So most of the time, I just wash my car with a wax-based all-in-one car wash. Then, after drying my car, I spray this on and they buff with microfiber. Then, when I hit the car with water, the water beads and slides right off. Is it as perfect as a full detailing? Of course not. But it's good enough for everyday use. Wherever I go, my car is usually one of the shiniest ones around. Not bad results for a bottle of spray on ceramic coating.

Very easy to use. The results of the product did not come close to the video results at all.

I have been in the body shop and detailing industry for over 25 years. We service mostly Audi, Lexus, Subaru, VW, and Porsche. I used to be a Meguiar's distributor before 3M bought them and have used and evaluated nearly every quick detailer / spray wax product on the market. Without a doubt, this is the best product we have ever used after cars have been washed and prepped for delivery back to the customer. Literally, nothing is easier to use. The level of water beading on this 2015 Audi R10 that was painted on 3 weeks ago indicates how awesome this product really is. It felt as slick and smooth as the day we put it on. I could not believe a spray wax could hold up like this, and honestly never seen one before that could. Our detailing tech won't even use anything else now. Given my time and history in the industry, I felt it appropriate to give a shout out to an exceptional product.

Read the instructions and followed them to a tee. This product did nothing at all for my vehicle's paint.
