Quality products
I bought this product several weeks ago and i can tell you they are very reliable, durable product, delivery was top notch, packaging was secured and I've been enjoying the laptop since. For the money, I will definitely recommend it 👌 👍 🙂. Mind you the specifications of the laptop was good and would perform all the functions i needed seamlessly.

Great value
The laptop appeared to be brand new - everything worked as expected. To have purchased a ‘new’ Dell machine for £160 was great value. Had a Bitlocker query and contact with supplier was quickly achieved.

The refurbished Dell Lat 7280 is good for the price at £172. Battery not as described.
This refurbished Dell Latitude 7280 laptop was good for the money (approx. £172). This actual laptop was manufactured in 2018 and for such an aging laptop it is still a very usable bit of kit. It came with a fresh install of windows 10 pro and it has a UK keyboard. The overall cosmetic condition is excellent and the PSU (power supply) is also original, which I didn't expect. Delivery was quick via DPD but the packaging could have been a bit more substantial - the box arrived ripped and battered, but contents was intact. The only slight annoyance is the battery. The description on Amazon UK states that the battery will be at least 80% of its original capacity. It is in fact 76.8% . From new, the DESIGN CAPACITY was 60,002 mWh. Now it has a FULL CHARGE CAPACITY of 46,132 mWh. It is close enough for me and so I am not too upset :-) However I will continue to monitor it, fingers crossed it doesn't get worse too quickly. Also note that at time of writing this review this laptop cannot be upgraded to Windows 11. Again not a problem for me. So over all, a very good laptop and I am happy with my purchase.

The laptop is perfect and working with no problems. Delivery was quicker than anticipated, will definitely recommend this company to family and friends

Not working - Bit locker problem
This would honestly be a 4 or 5 star review because the laptop itself was really good but the blue screen appeared with a bit locker key and its effectively not working ... I asked for support and its been met with silence ...I would keep the laptop if they came back with a solution but it seems the after care is non existent other than to say send it back at your expense and you can have a refund

Excellent value condition and utility
So far so good excellent value for money. Condition pristine very well packaged for transit. Now i am adjusting to differences from my very old very slow dell.
