I discarded the instructions as i didn’t think i would need them for such a simple product. however, i can’t figure out how to set the time. help?

I need to use this as a digital clock. i cannot figure out how to set it. i go to the clock mode, but i cannot change hours & minutes. help anyone?

Do the seconds show when you are using it as a clock? It seems like having the clock display change every second would be distracting.
