I purchased this scale after ours of 12 years finally gave up. I was concerned when I received it, as it seemed a little on the light side, that it might not hold up. After 6 months of every day use in our seafood market we have not had any problems or complaints about it. It’s got a plastic cover over the body of scale that makes clean up easy & the top tray comes off!

I use this for weighting for U-Pick fruits. It is easy to use and accurate. except poor English manual, I do not have complaint at all. btw customer service is good and my question was answered timely.

Got it to measure ingredients for raw dog food. It is perfect. Very consistent (so far) and it does not turn itself off. So if you are cutting the fat off meat or taking the skin off chicken you can leave the tray on the scale and just add the ingredients without the concern that it will turn itself off.

The scale works great, I haven't had any issues with it.

Overall a good scale for commerce, although during weights and measures testing to get it certified by the state, it became slightly less accurate when nearing capacity.

Purchased scale to use when we are catering BBQ, used once worked out great for our purposes. I haven't programmed any of the settings for pricing but this may come in handy in the future. Scale seems sturdy, tray is easy to remove but stays on the scale securely when operating, used the unit without a power source running just on the batteries for about 5 hours turned on and off with no problems.

It is easy to use , easy to read , however the only thing is when I put heavy object on the top , the silver topping is not very secure , it fall sometime .

Be careful when ordering. This is a kilogram, pound scale. It does not measure grams or ounces. Other than that, great, sturdy, accurate scale.
