High Quality, great price!
The media could not be loaded. Very high quality band, especially for the price. I purchased it to replace the original band on my Fossil watch that was "genuine leather", meaning nothing more than plastic leather, not actual leather. This band you can tell is the real deal made out of quality leather not crappy plastic "leather" by the way it scuffs and the smell.I have a Timex Weekender that has the same style of band and the original Timex band is significantly thinner than this band, I will be buying a second to update my Timex band as well.Changing it out was very easy. Took less than 5 minutes. The dark brown color with the silver is beautiful! This band is the perfect size for either a smaller wrist like I have or a large wrist. If you have a smaller wrist, you'll have to tuck the end into itself, which I don't mind at all. Actually, I prefer this look. It's a good stiffness and flexibility, not too loose. Not too stiff. It's too early to tell how easy or hard this will be to clean, but with it being leather all you'll have to do is condition it every once in awhile and it'll be looking good for a long time.

Slim and Comfortable!
Very good quality and extremely comfortable. Not sharp like other brands.

Stained my arm
I was very excited I found a band for my new watch in blue, however, after wearing it half a day my arm was stained blue. The stain shown in the photo was after I scrubbed the area. It was initial bright blue.UPDATE: Michael from Benchmark Basics reached out to me and helped me get a dark brown leather band. I love it and have had no issues with it. I definitely would order from Benchmark Basics again!

Really thin
I wanted to like this band, but it's so thin. It also suffers from stretching when it's hot outside because the band is so thin. It looks good, but it's not going to look good long term.

OMG!
WHAT!?!? Did this leather strap just turn this $45 Timex into a Hamilton killer for me!?!? WOW! I got this Timex for a daily wear knowing I would swap the strap immediately because it came with a cheap brown leather one and I do NOT do brown leather. I was about to do a nylon but thankfully I came across this and got it because it is AMAZING. It's so comfortable and matches the dial so beautifully. I guess I can forget about that Hamilton I've been dreaming about. At least for a little while. This thing looks sharp! Lol

This strap punches way above its class
Honestly one of the more handsome straps I’ve ever had. It’s simply put together yet holds a little extra class to it. It makes my GMT field watch feel at home in the field both with looks and sturdiness as well as something I could wear at a casual event. Flexing my functional and rugged style while also express a little sophistication. The strap is a perfect shade brown that scratches well and honestly can’t wait for it to start to patina and take a beating. I look forward to wearing it the next three years exploring Australia.

Nice strap for bronze cased watch.
It's a soft, comfortable leather strap. Plenty of strap left over for my 7 inch wrist. Confident it can accommodate a 8+ inch wrist. Looks great on my bronze Alphatrident watch! We'll see how long it lasts.

These straps far exceeded my expectations
I love it when I take a swing on a product online and end up pleasantly surprised. These leather NATOs really delivered in that regard.I picked up the Oxblood and Dark Green colorways. The Oxblood, in particular, is an absolutely beautiful color. I wish the Dark Green was a little "more green" and a little less muted, but I still enjoy it. Overall they really do look great. The leather also impressed me. It looks, feels, and smells the part, though it has a good deal of stretch and I don't think it is full grain. The stretch, incidentally, gives it a pretty weightless and comfortable feel on the wrist. At this price point, the fake stuff that is bonded to nylon webbing wouldn't have surprised me, so again kudos on that. While I think these straps are a 5-star value, I don't think they are a 5-star product overall. They do have some issues.First is the overall fit and adjustment. The strap is a bit shorter than a standard NATO, which is awkward because NATOs are supposed to be long, and you fold excess tag end back in on itself. When I wear this strap I am on the second-to-tightest adjustment hole, and there is too much tag end left to just let it stick out, but there is just barely enough to fold it over. It's kinda awkward to deal with. For the record, I have a pretty average 7.25" wrist. If your wrist is under 7.00" you might need to look elsewhere unless you are willing to punch some more holes in this thing. My only other complaint is hardware finish options. The polished finish looks great, but I would've preferred a brushed option (for my particular watches). Some more options would be awesome. At the end off the day I'm pretty happy with how much I spent for what are two great looking straps. Will definitely be checking out more of the Benchmark Basics catalog.
