Heritage Lace Skeleton Poncho ,Pewter , 60 by 60-Inch

I used this for a couple of last minute Halloween parties. I'm at a point in my life where I prefer comfort over everything else and this was perfect. I wrote a black turtleneck under and some skeleton sweatpants for the legs. I was warm and comfortable and got lots of compliments on my costume. The color is beautiful and worked better with black clothing under than another that I bought that was white on white. I'm 5'10" and the bottom of the skeleton design for perfect with my body. I love this and will wear it for many years to come.

This is really pretty! I had been eyeing it for a year or two and finally decided to get it this year for the school I work for's Trunk or Treat. Pleasantly surprised that it came 2 weeks earlier than originally said. After I took it out of the bag for the first time, I noticed how itchy it felt and how the ends of the poncho stick to itself. Not a big deal, but it's very uncomfortable on my neck, as I plan to wear a black tank top underneath it (I live in Florida and it's still hot here at Halloween). It is very long also. Past my fingertips. While I was trying to take the tag off the back at the neck, I ripped the lace instead of tearing the tag off!! I was so mad at myself! I was able to fix it with a stitch of my sewing machine but it's still noticeable. Totally my fault! Love the poncho and hope to wear it for years to come!

Wore this for Costume Day at school for Spirit Week and my students LOVED it. Super easy costume to put on. Easiest costume I have ever put on. LOL! The only complaint I have is that the ends catch on EVERYTHING including itself. Even snagged the costume several times when I pulled the ends off from sticking to other parts of the costume. That was annoying, but not a deal breaker. If something could be put around the ends or sewed differently on the ends, it would make this costume perfect. That is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

Bought for our Phoebe Bridgers show that was outdoors - I wanted to dress in something skeleton and to be covered, but I knew it was going to be so humid that day so I wanted to stay cool. This was the perfect solution. I'm a size 20 and it was the perfect length and width - it was surprisingly comfortable and stayed in place because of the neckline cut. Perfect for just a black bra underneath and leggings like I did, or could even do lingerie with tights. I got SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on it from fellow Pharbz, and was the only one at the show with anything like it, felt like the main character ...lol And I love it because it will be so great for Halloween, my favorite. The one thing I would change about it is remove the skeleton edge pattern, but that's just a personal aesthetic preference. I was wary at first because of the price, but am so glad I took a chance on it.

Cheap plastic like material. The material could not be more than 10 cents each poncho. They are making a huuuuge profit. Not worth 30 bucks! When I opened this package I was expecting soft material. Maybe like a scarf because that's what it looks like in the photo.

I LOVE this! I'm a larger lady but since it's a poncho, it fit me fine. I'm on the shorter side so it was a little long for me but for the price, this was a steal! I can't wait to wear it to work in October. Of course you can see through it so you will need to wear something underneath it, but even with clothes on, it fits just fine. I plan to wear a solid black shirt and black pants with it but I'm sure it would look cool with some other colors as well. After reading some of the other reviews, I was hesitant to buy this but I'm SO HAPPY that I did. You won't be disappointed.

I work with the public, so I can't get too crazy for Halloween, but I do enjoy dressing up to celebrate. This poncho is perfect for the office/restaurant/dinner party/school, with an edginess that I love. Plus, it's so easy and comfy to wear, I just pull it over a black long-sleeve tee-shirt and black leggings and it hides all my flaws with its loose drape! It folds up into a small square for storage, is machine washable (I air-dry it) and it doesn't snag too easily. Looks great, is super-comfy to wear (nothing too tight or binding) and is easy to put on. Can also be used to celebrate Dia de Los Muertos. I admire the realism-there is an actual front and back to it, the shoulder and hip bones are different on the front of the skeleton than those on the back. It's subtle-but there. They could have made both sides identical and no one would notice-but I love that they didn't. I get lots of compliments and really enjoy how easy, yet fun and elegant this is.

I've been looking at this poncho for years in an upscale catalog which wanted a lot more money than asking price here. I finally decided to take the plunge and get it for my Day of the Dead costume this year, and luckily they were out of stock, I was forced to look around for it, and found it here!!! This poncho worked out great! It got a lot of compliments. I wore it all day at my daughter's party and it doesn't seem to be overly delicate. No snags or pulls noted. I will probably use this as an annual staple for my Halloween favorites. LOVE IT!!! I am 5'2" and the length was not a problem, the point of the front came to my mid shin. To address some negative reviews, the fabric did not bother me, it is not a silky smooth fabric, however, I wore it over a short sleeved black dress and did not feel uncomfortable or scratchy at all.
