Does this come delivered with ink?

All HP DesignJets come with a full set of starter inks - designed to last approximately a month according to the recommended print volumes for the printer but of course it depends upon what you're printing and how much you're printing! I would say it would be best to order a full set of replacement inks at the same time as ordering the printer so that you have a spare set once you run out of the starter inks. The printer won't come with a roll of paper either so best to order a roll of paper at the same time. A typical CAD paper might be Q1396A (HP) or RESCIJP80-24-50 (Resolution). Hope that helps. :)

is this suitble for photograhs

In short, no. This printer is built for CAD applications and only has 4 inks (using dye-based colour inks and a pigment-based black ink) plus it only offers 1GB of memory. If you want to print great photographs rather than good passable attempts, then the graphics models such as the Z6ps (available in 24" and 44" sizes) are really where you should be looking. The 6-ink Z6ps has a densitometer for colour management. For true photography and gallery quality prints you can/should also consider the 9-ink DesignJet Z9ps which offers the very best photography printing - including a spectrophotometer to enable you to do exact pantone-colour matching. All of the HP 'Z' series use pigment-based inks which provide UV stabilised and water-resistant inks, and has a far wider colour gamut than the T630. They also have 128GB file processing + 500GB self encrypted hard disk. The Z6ps and Z9ps machines will also allow you to print on thicker media like canvas and the inks are far cheaper. Canvas won't go through the T630 unless you purchase cheap Chinese imports or paper designed to look like canvas. In short, you'll not get the same print quality with the T650, you'll have a significantly lower memory to process highly complex files, you won't be able to manipulate the image to perfection and the prints will fade due to the type of inks being used.

Does this print A0 or not? The product description says it does, the body says it doesn't, yet it takes. 36 inch print roll.

Yes the 36” model of the T630 definitely prints A0.

T630 or T650 and 5HB09A or 5HB08A what are teh differences and what is the best 24 inch plotter?

Both models are pretty much the same build. The key differences are: 1. The T630 offers 1 year manufacturer's warranty AND the roll cover is an optional extra (this is a piece of plastic that covers your roll of paper to keep dust and debris from entering the paper path - ordinarily this isn't a problem so much in a normal clean office environment but it's needed if you have a dusty environment such as on a building site or manufacturing plant, and it typically stops wear and tear on parts as dust and debris build up inside the machine). 2. The T650 comes with the stand, A3/A4 sheet feeder AND the roll cover all within the price (the T630 just with the stand and A3/A4 sheet feeder) AND it has 2 years manufacturer's warranty rather than the 1 year supplied with the T630. Both models have 1GB memory, both are suitable for CAD printing use paper rolls no greater than 24" wide and around 50m long (don't buy large 90m rolls as the rolls are too big to fit into the printers), and both are built for print volumes of around 50 prints per month (at this rate the parts that wear and tear should last approximately 5 years).
