This clock/compass appears to be a fairly good quality reproduction but it's difficult to know what exactly to do with it. It's quite small so it's not suitable as a table clock. Maybe if you have a mantlepiece it would work but again, it's very small and would largely go unnoticed. I won't return mine because it does look pretty amazing, just wish it were larger.
