After using them for over a month now I can say that they are great tools, I don’t want to use any other knives anymore.

I haven't ever owned ones of these before. But I've used them in the past.These are still great and the quality of these are great. All the right sizes for me. I wish the handle was a bit further but it still serves it's purpose and is nice to handle.I knew these would be sharp but man are they really sharp. I cut straight thru an avacado like hot butter and almost thru my hand. Lucky I slipped and it missed my hand.Wish there was more colors. Blue isn't my favorite.

Don't come expecting the best knives out there, but if you like Blue Diamond and want to complete your kitchen, this is how you do it. The knife block is solid and of quality, and the knives are constructed well and visually appealing, as well as pretty darn sharp (unknown currently how well they'll hold up).

I've always been a big fan of Blue Diamond pans and pots and I'm very pleased with the quality of their cutlery too!

Don’t know if I like but my thumb will tell you how sharp they are.
