This tea really works. If your backed up and need relief this is your go to! A little bit of stomach cramping but not as bad as if you took a constipation pill. Tastes great ! Definitely will be using again.

I only drank about 3/4ths of the cup of tea I made and THANK GOD for this stuff. Keep reading if you love TMI….I hadn’t had a movement in a week and couldn’t eat because I was so bloated and uncomfortable. Laxatives don’t work for me for some reason, but I remembered this tea my coworker gave me a few years back. I definitely drank the whole cup back then, snuck up on me and it wasn’t great LOL. Make sure you have fast access to a restroom just in case it’s urgent, but I’ve finally had a *relatively* normal movement this afternoon. Took about 12 hours to kick in for me, I’m sure there’s a little more to come later this evening but one bag is all you should need if you can’t go!

I use this more for bowel support, not weight loss, and it works well. Tastes good, and very effective.

I found this tea more pleasant to drink than some cleansing teas, which had a grassy flavor. It also works well within about 24 hours.

Honestly, I have no idea what it is about this but it works very good, so what are you doing is before I get ready to go to sleep for the night I drink a cup and I usually wake up at like 5 AM and I go, because it’s a light and it cleans you out really good I don’t really know how to explain it without being gross but we’re all grown or at least I hope we are so I’m just gonna go into detail so if you don’t wanna know the details stop reading. Every time I take this it gives me like the best bowel movements ever and I think that we all need to remember it’s important to take care of your colon and it’s important not to have any access wasting your body so just make sure that you drink a cup of this I like to add lime as well and once you’re finished drinking it like most of us, we go to bed with a cup of water or a bottle of water next to the bed. Just make sure you do that and drinking some water and you will be good to go I definitely recommend this to people if you are one of those people who you consistently get constipated, or if you’ve never had a laxative or a stool softener or anything to that effect, I highly recommend this. This is one of the best teas I’ve ever had in my life. This is better than any laxative I’ve had in a long while I definitely recommend this again. It is very gentle on theStomach. In my opinion, the blackberry flavor is the best one to get the other flavors. Just don’t taste amazing to me so this is my go to flavor but you can do whatever you like or get whatever you like. It’s totally up to you and your personal taste buds anyway, I hope this was able to help.

This does everything it promises. I cleanse twice a month and I’ll say this, after u take it make no plans for the day. Atleast the 1st half of the day you’ll need “private time””
