I bought this because I thought it was all stainless steel and would be more durable and easier to clean than others. I have probably used this about a dozen times in total. Today, when washing the garlic press, the handle simply fell off. It turns out it is not fully stainless steel, and the handle is held in place by some plastic mold.I was approved for a replacement by zwilling, and they told me I must pay to have the defective product shipped with tracking for me to get the replacement. Imagine paying for shipping for half the cost of the product that was a manufacturing fault due to cheaping out of materials? I have almost a thousand dollars worth of zwilling and Staub products. To have them knickle and dime their customers is embarrassing and they have lost a customer for life.
