Pretty good model
This model is all metal. It was pretty easy for me, I will note that the box art is apart of the instructions and should be relied on. I did remake several of the parts as well as using my own chain and almost every hook, I had wanted to rebuild the wagon using all wood, but decided not to in all fairness to the kit. I would love to see these kits issued as parts, that would save costs and make it so all of the brackets do not need cut off the existing parts or to be made from scratch. If you gauged the difficultly from 1 to 5 with 5 being the most difficult, I would rate this a 3, there are a lot of parts that are delicate and need to be cleaned up, this makes remaking them a viable option, the instructions could be a bit easier for the typical beginner, and the model represents the first steppingstones of fabrication of parts.Keep in mind that the times claimed for the building of this model are based off the level you the builder are wanting to apply, my paint job alone cost me 72 hours. I will add pictures as soon as I can.

Charge!
A challenging model. A good companion model to the James Cannon 6pound model. The quality is great. Model Expo has a winner.

An excellent kit can be built if you take your time and all the parts are in the box
This is the 5th ModelExpo Guns of History kit that I have built. While the first two went without a hitch, the last three have had parts missing from each kit. Model Expo needs to do a better job and quality control on ensuring that the parts for the kits are in the boxes. This is not for your average modeler. It requires a lot of fitting and filing. These are not put together with CA glue. You're going to need a 5 minute epoxy. They also are going to need a lot of tweaking and manipulating to put them together. If you take your time you don't panic or get mad you will be rewarded with a very nice kitThe missing parts though are a frustration.
