Install was simple enough with some YouTube assistance. Fittings were molded to right specs for the truck leads. Lights are bright and have been working for several weeks now. No complaints, besides the obvious, like how come I had to get them installed aftermarket is beyond me, but that is on the manufacturer. When did we as a society lose sight of the simple facts and provide a whole product or complete service at one reasonable price simply because we can (and its ethical and moral to do so)? The marketers concepts of upselling and planned obsolescence will be the down fall of our current social configuration, and rightfully so, a consumerist economy is unsustainable.

You know what's funny about getting older? You start getting excited about *truck bed lighting*. Yeah, that's where I am now. LED lights in my Tacoma. And I'm THRILLED about it. For years – YEARS – I've been playing this stupid game at night. I'd open the tailgate, shine my phone into the darkness like some kind of idiot spelunker, looking for my toolbox or whatever the hell I threw back there last Tuesday. Then I'd give up, slam it shut, and tell myself, "I'll get it tomorrow when the sun remembers how to do its job." But not anymore, folks. Not anymore. Now I got LIGHTS back there. Fancy-ass LED lights. And here's the beautiful part – are you ready for this? – they work even when the bed cover is CLOSED. I know, I know, it sounds like witchcraft. Technology has come so far that we can now illuminate enclosed spaces. What a time to be alive. Installation was easier than explaining Bitcoin to your uncle. Plug this thing in, stick these things there, and BAM – you're living in the future. Your truck bed is now brighter than your life prospects. Is it necessary? Hell no. Did humans survive for thousands of years without illuminated truck beds? Obviously. Do I love it anyway? You're damn right I do. Five stars. Would recommend to anyone who's tired of playing "guess what's rolling around back there" in the dark.

Compré este kit de luz para mi Tacoma. No funcionó. Al parecer no es compatible para las unidades que se venden en México y eso no se especifica en las características del producto. En la descripción del producto menciona que funciona en modelos 2021 a 2023 pero no es cierto. Muy decepcionado del producto.
