1970: A Year In Rock. The Year Rock Became Mainstream

I read & enjoyed " While You See A Chance" : The story of Steve Winwood a few years ago by the same author & "1970 A Year in Rock" certainly didn't disappoint. Thoroughly recommend. Transported me back to that year of those landmark albums some of which I have replaced over time on compact disc.

I remember 1970 as if it was yesterday, such good music released and it is a pity the auther stopped at 25 LPs, so many of these titles in my collection and some to be added again soon thanks to this excellent reminder.
