Center wheel warped on both pulleys out of box
They seem pretty heavy duty, but the wheels in the center (not sure what the technical term is) is warped, and thus causes them to scrap against the outer body. They do not roll smoothly, and have completely destroyed the coating of my cable. I would hope they would send a replacement, as returning them is too much hassle.
