Worth Every Penny
With all the photos of toxic sludge and waste polluting the rivers and oceans coming from Rio during the Olympic Games, I've begun taking a closer look at how I can reduce the environmental footprint of my family. This toothbrush definitely fits the bill. Our family replaces our toothbrushes every 2-3 months, and I am happy that we will now be using something that is completely biodegradable. The toothbrush itself feels smooth and comfortable when being held, and the bristles are the perfect stiffness. I cannot think of any cons, except that it is more expensive than its cheap, plastic counterparts. Maybe this toothbrush will hold up longer, though, and will not need to be replaced as often. Even if that's not the case, I consider this to be part of my contribution to the environment.

Sooooo soft
This brush is fnatastic!! I normally have really bad gym problems and my gums will bleed really easily but with this brush I get no gum bleeding. The bristles didn't fall out at all and I've been using it for 3 weeks now. It's a little strange at first switching from a plastic brush to the bamboo but totally worth it and the charcoal bristles really do help with whitening. :) I would recommend this brush to anyone who needs a super soft bristle brush and also wants to help the environment.

It's just the right amount of stiffness so you actually feel like you're "getting in there
As soon as I received this Tooth Brush along with the "My Magic Mud" Black Charcoal, Coconut, etc. etc. tooth paste I just had to try both of them out. The bristles on this brush are silky soft, but not the type that don't even brush your teeth. It's just the right amount of stiffness so you actually feel like you're "getting in there." LOL, no pun intended. All in all really pleased with the quality of the brush. I don't know how long these will last, but to be honest, nobody should be using a tooth brush longer than one month at a time. These make a great option being that they are sustainable and recyclable. I will definitely be getting some for the family! Sweet, sweet, product!

sexy toothbrush. cleans better. like over other brand I tried.
Oh how I LOVE my Purity Brush! I was using "Brush with Bamboo" and went through 4 of them in a year (as is expected, changing my toothbruth out every 3 months). I liked that brand all right. But from the first brush with Purity Brush, it was love. I think I'm going to stick with this brand now, at least for a while. The bristles are more tightly compact and a bit stiffer, but not too stiff, so it feels like I'm getting a better cleaning. And the rounded handle just feels nice in my hands. Plus the overall design and the black bristles are just....I don't know, sexy? Yes, sexy.Love it. Totally recommend.

Does a decent job
Does a decent job. Haven't noticed that my teeth are that much whiter. Also, I didn't like that the bristle bed is so small. I wish it was 1/3 bigger. At first, the wood tends to stick to the inside of the cheeks, but with use, it smoothes out.

Too Coarse
I was excited to receive my first natural toothbrush. To begin with I had no complaints but unfortunately 6 weeks in I have gained sensitivity between my teeth and gumline. Needless to say this toothbrush is too coarse for me. However unlike reviews on other similar brands, this brush didn't lose bristles so thats where the 2 stars come in. Another note would be the standard shape of the bristles - having no angle to get into corners etc. This wasn't beneficial for me overall.

Good idea bad product
This review is only on the product since I love the good idea behind this. I only gave this one star since this the bristles are WAY to soft and I really don't feel like I get a good cleaning with this brush, if the bristles were more on the medium or hard I would have given this product 5 stars. Also a few bristles did falloff on the first day of me using this tooth brush

Field tough
The idea is great, love the sustainability. A couple of bristles came out on the first use, but has held up well since. I use it in my shave kit that I use when I'm away at drill. (4-14) days at a time; so it gets used plenty. I go from the charcoal toothpaste, then to a powdered whitener. My main concern is having to store it away wet, since we are in a field environment. So far Great. Stout enough to be Army issued.
