The holes on the side are not big enough
Could not put the pin do the holes I had to widen the holes out so I get the pin in also for the Carter PIN

LOVE this ...but
I really wish the company would specify or at the least give some info on the fact that the hitch comes with assembly required AND a special lock also.We thought we could use our Thule bike lock that we lock our bikes on when towing....NOT SO!Other than this it is a very nice hitch plug

Doesn't fit snugly to hitch. Need to find some type of gasket or spacer to make it tight. Haven't found it yet. Otherwise, excellent product.
