Bought for 94 yr old mom.
This product is greatMy mom lives in a small neighborhood where everyone is mostly around. She had a hip replacement so I got her this device which fits her needs perfectly It calls for help to nearby three people so someone picks up and no subscription is needed. Easy to set up and works perfect. It was a good choice.

Great product. Highly recommended
Set up is easy and it work's great. It has a couple of glitches. I am happy with it. We have about one false alarm a week. When my mom hits the button by accident. I call them fire drills. The necklace alarm button is not water proof and it should be.One issue this product is this porduct is mostly used for the elderly and some like my mom are hard of hearing. With that said the tv is usually very loud the speaker on this device could be clearer and louder as it competes with a loud tv. Also after an alert call and the device calls all three numbers it will not disconnect and hang up for over a minute so if you miss the call you have to wait for the device to Finish and disconnect before you can call back and see if all is ok. My mom doesn't have a cell phone. This alert works great with Alexa in the house we can drop in on Alexa to make sure all is ok as a back up.I recommend it no monthly fees or contracts.
