Great product

I purchased this as a replacement for the Samsung laser printer and I did not want to go thru any compatibility issues with the toner so I decided to get the authentic Samsung toner cartridge. the install was easy and the quality of the toner is great. I have no issues since installing it. I definitely recommend it. Buy cheap and get cheap service, stick with the authentic product!

Great quality but it still seems crazy that when u have to buy 4 cartridges foe each color that buying name brand toner vs OEM that each time you’re spending half the price of what you paid for the printer. I always end up feeling taken advantage of by the manufacturer.

The toner fits my printer perfectly. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Based on the item description, that it is compatible with my printer, I bought it. But it was not. When I installed the cartridge, the printer was not able to read it. To compound the situation, I was not able to return it because the return date had passed. So at this time I'm stuck with a useless (expensive!!!) toner cartridge on my hands. I'm very upset.

I bought this one to replace the one I had in my Samsung CW430. And it worked... for a short while. Then it stopped working. So I got another one. The previous one was still pretty heavy in my hand. But I didn’t want to question the technology, if the printer told me to change the cartridge and was refusing to work unless I did so, then I just had to obey, didn’t I? Until I read online that this kind of cartridges were famous to stop even if they were not empty. The way to counter that was to push the power button at the same time as another button for 5 seconds, which makes the printer reset and makes your cartridge work again... for a few pages. At which point you have to repeat the process. So, I think that 3 stars is pretty generous for this product. A bit of a pain.
