I like these vitamin coffee powder for an added boost of energy and also useful to add to milk or other drinks. I mixed this with some green tea and perfectly refreshed my mind and body so I’m sure it’s beneficial to the body if your not eating a lot of nutrients in the meals you eat everyday, the Body is like a plant, give it water and nutrition and it will grow healthy, same thing for humans. One or two packets can really boost your levels in morning routines or even late night boost with some milk and honey.

Overall I LOVE this stuff, except the delivery - I have it on MONTHLY auto-ship and somehow it still takes 4-6 weeks afterward to have it arrive?!? Yes, it gives you some energy and is a great alternative to popping vitamins. I recommend the flavorless version unless you actually like the taste of artificial sweetener .. I tried the hazelnut and vanilla too and both were sickly sweet.

These are so very easy to use! There is absolutely no taste. Very interesting benefit. I have had chronic bladder infections 6 or 7 a year. Haven’t had one in over 6 months!!!!! I don’t know if this it but I’m sooo happy to be free of this frustrating problem!

Highly recommend this product. You have your vitamins and minerals and best of all it's flavorless, which i like. It's perfect to add to any liquids like Hot or Cold coffee, tea also Hot or Cold and smoothies. I have made it part of my AM routine. Definitely will repurchase!

Good product. I drink a lot of coffee so this is really good to incorporate vitamins into any coffee not already including vitamins like vitacup also found here on amazon

I have bought this for awhile now and it seemed to have a bigger effect on me early on. Seems as if something has changed. I also tried the liquid form and still no real difference felt. I don't feel any benefit or any different. No additional spunk and my blood levels have not improved as far as my vitamin intake. May be a waste of time?
