Had to do some customizing of placements due to my shelves above the sink wasn’t high enough for any over the sink and no way to move them up. It wonderfully fits though after I put the dish and bowl baskets on the bottom instead of on top. The rack is very solid and drains super fast. The only thing that causes issues is the hanging stuff that I often knock off but they don’t bend out of shape. It looks amazing and keeps my dishes super organized as they dry.

Overall, this dish rack works great. The suction cups don’t stick perfectly, but the rack stays up just fine regardless, so I’ll just make sure to clean underneath them regularly. Mine had a small dent, but it’s easy enough to ignore.I love that the shelves are customizable—I had to rearrange the cup holders since the recommended placement in the instructions wouldn’t have worked for me. The biggest hassle during assembly was the middle bars that adjust based on sink size. I was able to screw everything else together in my living room, but those had to be done over the sink, and they don’t move super smoothly. Once I got them in place, though, they were fine.I didn’t bother locking the height adjustment. From my testing, the bar definitely stays put, but unlocking it isn’t easy. Since I’m in a rental and might need to take it apart later, I left it at the shortest height and unlocked. I also decided not to use the knife holder insert—it goes inside the silverware holder and has slits, but my knives will be just fine without it.Also, my husband will definitely get use out of the phone holder!Giving it 4 stars because of the minor issues, but overall, it’s a solid purchase.

Very nice and large. Easy to assemble and seems to hold weight well. I'd probably be wary of filling it completely with stoneware plates but I find it fits my wheat straw plastic bowls and plates perfectly. I like the hooks for the brushes and serving utensils and the cup, silverware, and paper towel holders. I also like the small bottom basket for sponges or soap bottles (but the one I had in the picture was a little too tall, although I could have adjusted the rack to make it higher). Overall I really like this drying rack. As you can see my space is at a premium and I just didn't have room for a rack beside the sink, and plus this holds way more. It even has a phone holder which I found kind of funny and odd but I guess it makes sense if you want to have your phone nearby and listen to music or watch news while washing dishes, although I prefer personally to take every chance I can to avoid screens. Still, it's a thoughtful and unique feature. Also, the kit came with one each of every type of screw, hook, and suction cup so you have those in case you lose a piece. That's always nice when they include that. I am very satisfied with this rack and would buy it again. The only thing I think could be better are the hooks which are plastic and come off sort of easily, but it's nothing to take a star off for. Otherwise it's pretty much perfect for my needs.

Great quality, easy to put together. Material isn’t flimsy, good price. Fit my small space very well and made the area look so much neater! I repositioned the add ons to better fit my space- loved that I had the ability to do so! Definitely worth it!

Very sturdy easy set up, I just turned on some Miley Cyrus and finished it two songs in…. Water draining is amazing it is so easy and cool to use…. I definitely needed one just used it for the first time today let’s see how it holds up in a few months

I absolutely love this! My sink is always messy cause we don’t have a dish washer and I don’t have a lot of counter space to dry dishes so this helps sooo much! Helps clear off the counter for other uses, keeps the dishes organized and able to dry without making a mess on the counter.I was having that problem with the silverware rack but then I just scooted the whole basket over that it was attached to and know more dripping on counter! Same with the cup holder. I love how flexible it is being able to rearrange everything how you want. I did notice my center small rack “droops” lower than the other racks, but idk if one of the kids grabbed it. 🤷‍♀️Oh! The one thing I have had a problem with is the soap holder. Every time I try to press down on my hand washing soap it nearly flips the rack over. But other than that, no complaint! And what is that for all the positives it provides!? ♥️

Product works well; but build quality is not the best. The utensil holder came cracked, not enough damage to make me return the product though as it still works. I used the "plastic gasket" to make the trays fit more snug and secure; but it ended up making the trays not sit flush. The trays were still tighter than without the gaskets so I decided to keep the gaskets on.
