Q: Can we use this in a 220V voltage? Just want to confirm

Yes. You only need the small adapter 'plug' (not a converter) for the location you are heading. Only a couple of dollars.

Q: Can i use this steamer in Italy with the three prong converter

You wouldn't need a converter, but you would need an adapter from the US style 2 prong to the 3 prong style used in Italy. The steamer can work on dual-voltaes (120 or 240) so you would only need the adapter. The S-type European adapter would work, which is only 2 prongs because this steamer doesn't have a grounding prong.

This is a dual voltage device, 120/240V. It should work. I have only used it on a cruise and the ship has 120 plugs.
