I absolutely love this shower head. The installation instructions are clear and easy to follow with everything you need for installation. It’s good quality, and works beautifully. The water pressure from it is nice, makes cleaning easier, doesn’t leak or make noise, and feels amazing. Definitely worth the purchase.

Absolutely perfect. Looks amazing, like it was installed as original plumbing! Works perfectly and very sturdy. Everything needed to install this onto your shower pipe is included in the kit. Truly, I could not have asked for a better combination rain head and handheld! A+

Quality is very good. Install easy, tools and plumbing are included. Nice heavy quality feel. Looks great.Design could use a little tweaking.The arm for the rain head is about an inch too short. Or change angle of hand sprayer to be below rain head, with rain head extended. When the hand sprayer is in the home position as you pull it out with spray on it hits the back of rain head and water goes everywhere. If you rotate rain head at 45 degrees angle it works for but looks odd. Also a detent so hand sprayer points down when it is back in holder.

Highly recommended. I wish I ordered a larger one I love this shower head. Has a nice casual flow with the included low pressure insert that I appreciate was included. The hand hold unit works amazing and with the valve you can split it for a bit of pressure to massage your back after a long day. Completely happy.

Great shower head. Gives the expensive look and works and feels great while showering. For a bigger build person, you might want a larger head. The handheld is a bit small but very comfortable to use and has good pressure. The hose is long which is great for washing the tub.

This shower head isn’t bad.I’m a tall guy, 6’5, so I need a rain style shower head and one that sits high enough for me to stand tall and take a normal shower.Now, the pressure is good. It’s not amazing, but not horrible. Definitely comfortable enough to shower under. I wish the extension was longer or the head had more adjustability for angles since it’s pretty much maxed out and angled a bit instead of sitting straight down.The shower head can work with the rain head but you have to move the rain head a bit to the size for both of them to hit you. Otherwise shower head hits the top of rain head.Pressure is good in shower head but not phenomenal. It works.With everything super tight, shower head still moves if you try to move it. When it’s hanging there and working, no issue. If you hit it with your hand it may bump out of place easily, even when fully tightened.Shower head sits loosely on its bracket. Wish it was sturdier. Like means the bottom part of the shower handle jagged or something so it can sit solid in the mount instead of wiggling loosely.About 3 pieces (idk what they are called) where water comes out of the rain head (3 corners) just drop when it runs. Doesn’t have a full stream of water coming out.Solid install. No leaks from me. First time doing a shower head on my own. Use enough tape and you’ll be fine.Working fine but these minor inconveniences really downgrade the score for me unfortunately. Solid for the price, but there may be a better dual system. I just won’t bother to look cause I’m content with this one for the time being!EDIT: 9/7/23The company reached out to me to help with anything I had going on. They sent a new extension out free of charge to see if the shower head can sit higher than the removable shower wand and it did! The two piece extension works WONDERS to give it that rain style of shower!I also was told I installed the shower wand wrong because the screw point was reversed.Once I changed the wand around it sits flush and perfectly still when on the mount!I have had this shower head for a while now and I absolutely love it! Wish I could fit a much bigger one but this one is great for my small style bathroom!Thank you to the company for reaching out, as they were trying to contact me for months until I realized this! Thanks to Jennifer for contacting me and being very helpful with the process and helpful with the instructions! Everything about this shower head kit WITH the extension they replaced for me, the customer service etc… have to bump my review up to 5 stars. Very nice fancy and high quality rain shower head. Easy to clean and has kept is shine and look for 3 years. Not too heavy but sturdy feel, quiet relaxing sound. Our homes original shower was new but this one makes the water pressure feel stronger.
