When I received this callous remover, I didn't have much faith that it would help my feet. I was happy to see that I was wrong! It's easier to use than pumice stones and results are seen after the first use. The cord is 5 feet long, so you can plug out in and get comfy to use it. You can clean it under running water, just be sure it's unplugged. There's a light on it for better viewing, which I think is a very nice feature.I would recommend using it after bathing or soaking feet for best results. Comes packaged in a white, with teal and pink colored callus removes pictured on the front. Shrink wrapped. Upon opening you'll find 2 cards with info about the product, and a tan velour drawstring bag to keep everything together out of the box.an instruction manual. Then you have the charger which is white, a extra white callus stone and the callus removal tool with a teal stone attached. Mine did not come charged so it's charging. Underneath the remover itself is a small white cleaning brush. It looks and feels like my amope it's just flatter, I'm replacing my amope because the dogs ate it. So hopefully this will do the trick, I will update my post later with any good or bad news.

Summertime is so rough on my feet, walking around pool decks, sandy beaches and flipflops, my feet were trashed. Don’t laugh, but I usually use a mouse sander, and have for years, it always sanded that nasty junk away. Then I saw the velveti foot file. This is so much more convenient and user friendly, and it does a great job getting rid of the calluses and dry heal skin.
