Had flaws bu overall, great product.
The fire starter took a few tries to get working but overall worked great, the saw worked great at cutting into wood while sometimes getting stuck on the last go it wasn't the saws fault it was the weight of the tree and the increased friction. So all in all this is a great product that I'd recommend buying. Though didn't receive survival guide.

Awesome pocket saw!
Saw this on a DIY show and thought, hey, I could use this in the yard to cut back an "out of control" lemon tree. Worked great! I cut down a few good size branches (3" - 6" diameter) in a matter of 20 minutes. I did spray the blade with WD-40 before using which helped. Also, I found it is more about the motion (keeping the motion going) than trying to dig in. Also, it was easier when I kept the chain parallel instead of cutting at any kind of angle. I will definitely use when I go camping as a survival saw. It takes up no space and has a nice carry pouch that will keep the WD-40 lubricant off of my other stuff. The bottom line is this thing burns through wood and comes with handles that make it comfortable to use. Very nice product! If I do a video, I will post it.

pay attention
no word on how to get the survival booklet supposed to be included, now...the teeth are simply stamped out and are not sharpened. must be why it is less cost than others..eh?? spend a bunch of time with a file and vise you might have something useful. fire striker..pouch..etc seems same quality as the rest...handles are a pretty red plastic though.

PERFECT SURVIVAL PREP
WOW, have gone through my recent purchase and am blown away. Family in the Atlanta, Nashville, and Boston areas would LOVE this!! It is so compact, easily stored and convenient it, literally, takes no space at all. The Emergency Mylar blankets were a total shock to me. I sort of laughed when I saw this little package, but wow!! Those blankets are warm and lightweight. These will make amazing gifts for anyone that likes to be prepared for the total unknown.

Buyers beware!
It broke after the first use. The rope that connects the handle to the chain is of low quality.
