Awesome little gadget for making pulp out of nearly any vegetable. I use it for ginger, garlic and onion. The small teeth make quick work of these but don't make quick work of your fingers... The teeth are too small to harm skin. In addition, no particles get stuck under the teeth because they are too small. Simply rinse immediately after use and clean-up is a snap. It's not flimsy at all and doesn't feel cheap. Quite durable. I have purchased several for creative gifts. Highly recommended!

This works well and can be thrown in the dishwasher after every use. I'm already sold! It's small, easy to hold and use, and made of high quality materials. It fits nicely in my hand, so you never have to worry about accidentally grating your finger. I also use this to grate cheese, fruits, and root vegetables, even though I use it most often for garlic and ginger. It's the best garlic grater I've used to date.Even though it's dishwasher safe, you can easily rinse and dry it after every use. And because this makes it SO easy to grate garlic, I am able to use garlic in way more recipes...and we all know garlic = yumminess!
