I selected the blaze orange color canister in order to secure my emergency electronic signal flare and emergency flag on my boat. All the items fit inside the canister very well. Good bye pyrotechnics signal flares that are pricey and expire needing to be replaced rather often.

Installed on Tractor for shear bolts and other parts

The mini diameter is labeled 55mm but is only 45.9mm unfortunately. Making what I need to put in unable to fit. On the other hand the small is way too big. Otherwise a fairly sturdy container.

I used this to hold the registration of a utility trailer, mounting is easy, perfect size, does not take up a lot of room.

Great proudly just wish they made some shorter

The mid-size tube WOULD fit a 1 liter MSR bottle IF and ONLY IF one does NOT buy the model with the locking cap. Such model has bolt threads and nuts that protrude into the canister and prevent the bottle from sliding in. You have to remove entirely the locking assembly to make the bottle fit, but then you have two open holes. You can of course cover the holes with tape, or more securely, or leave them open. But you will not have the benefit of the locking capability.A second issue is that for my motorbike, a pretty large one, I could not find a good place to install the tube. Connecting it to the inside of the pannier racks cannot work using the provided (very nice) attachment clamps as the pannier then will be not fit into the rack because the clamps block the way to attach the panniers. One can attach the tube using the provided sturdy cable ties but not easily as room is needed for the shock, muffler, etc.. I could barely find a place to mount it but only using the cable ties and even then it they would have to be a little loose because it cannot be brought snug against the mounting points with the result that the tube vibrates around (which is not a good, secure solution).Short story: I think the mid-size bottle is suitable for a 1 liter fuel bottle but without the locking feature, or with the locking cap for tools and stuff, but isn't a sure thing even on a pretty large motorbike if you use hard panniers; your bike may be different. I'm going to buy the tight fitting fabric holder which actually costs a few dollars more. Alas, it's too late to return my tube.

I have some of these larger tubes n my KLR 650. I bought this one, size small 80mm for vertical mounting on my Ural sidecar to store a 30 ounce MSR fuel bottle in with extra engine oil. The MSR bottle fits perfectly. I like to keep my oil where it it leaks it won’t get on anything important, this works great for that.Cap seems to fit well and tightly. Great so far!

I bought these for my tractor as tool storage. They work perfectly for it but my five star review is for durability.Yesterday I was doing some grading work and as I was backing up I heard a crunch and pop. I crushed the tube against a tree. Hard. I thought it was broken for sure and I’ve only had them for a few weeks. Nope, not one crack. It was a little deformed and with some patience I was able to coax it back into shape and the lid was able to screw back on. I couldn’t believe it. The waterproof seal works great to keep tools dry and it’s y’all enough for channel locks and a large crescent wrench.I highly recommend these for more than just motorcycle use.
