I purchased many of these arrows . Many of the tips came off in our foam targets, I wonder if you sell the just replacemen tips that I can glue on?

You can use a heat gun or hold the arrow tips high above the stove and pull the arrow heads off. Heat releases the glue. Then use a super glue and glue them on yourself to make sure they are sturdy and tight. It takes some time and work, but you won't lose you tips in the target anymore.

Do these artows have hard plastic vanes or feathers for recurve?

These arrows have a soft plastic vanes.
