Good quality puzzle
This is a beautiful puzzle. It is a made from a high quality wood and has a pretty picture of a town in Italy. It also has the non straight edge, making it more challenging.

Awesome unique wood puzzle
We bought the small size and it is pretty small but still super cool and the image is very clear and vibrant. The pieces are super intricate and even look like flowers and dragons sometimes. It’s definitely quality and made of wood. It would be a super cool gift or display piece. And their fun enough to redo multiple times. Honestly it’s a cool as heck puzzle and for the price how could you not try it? For real this is one of the most unique puzzles I’ve ever done and it’s challenging enough to be fun but easy enough almost the whole family can put one together.

Well-crafted, eccentrically-shaped pieces are a joy to look at and handle
I had never assembled a jigsaw puzzle. A friend thougt I might like it, and loaned me 3 of her puzzles—one of which was made by Unidragon. Smitten with the look and feel of the wooden pieces, I decided to try that one first—despite some doubts that I would enjoy the puzzling process. It didn't take long for me to be swept into the pleasure of concentration; the discipline of close examination; and the little dopamine hit I got when I found a place for a particular piece. When I finished that first puzzle I moved on to one of the others my friend had loaned me. Disappointment came fast. The cardboard pieces in unimaginative shapes—I just wasn't into them. I wanted another Unidragon puzzle. So I bought one; I loved that one as much as the first. My friend suggests I open up to different kinds of puzzles and I can't dismiss her point of view. I tell her I am aware that I became an instant puzzle snob. As I continue with my newfound pastime, I'm sure I'll try other kinds—but for now, I'm sticking with Unidragon. To be clear, I am not a huge fan of some of the Unidragon designs. The multi-colored animals are not to my taste. But the city views and the classic paintings—I love them. I hope the Unidragon people make more of those.

*499 pieces
Missing one piece. NBD once you decide to give up looking for it ;)I worked this with my parents over a just few hours on Christmas Eve. Last year we did a 1000 piece regular cardboard puzzle over a few days, working on it here and there, couple hours everyday. This is a nice puzzle and sturdy. I knew the overall size going in; the ones I purchased are 17"x12". It's about as big as a place mat. What I didn't consider is the size of the individual pieces. They are smaller than a regular puzzle, therefore the details in the piece you may look for to help put it together will also be much smaller. Keep that in mind if you normally rely on reading glasses. I took a pic with a penny for scale.Obviously these pieces are different than your normal puzzle, so I didn't know what to expect size-wise until I opened it. Really curious if the size of the pieces scale with the larger puzzle sizes?Because of the thickness and that they are precision cut, the pieces can be a little tricky to insert. One piece to another isn't really the issue. Example, you may be working on a small section and then need to join it to the rest of the puzzle at multiple points. With cardboard pieces that's easy enough. With these thick pressed MDF pieces it takes a lot more convincing, you'll have to hold your tongue right. And yes, they can break. I dropped the cover and broke both the stand pieces and the cover itself. Gluing didn't help, but it's fine. They really advertise the animal and flower shaped pieces a lot, however the overwhelming majority are unique design/random shapes. I'd say about 1-2% of the pieces are actual recognizable figures or shapes. This puzzle had one dragon (their logo) a few butterflies and a handful of flowers. I took a picture of a couple I found after it was together; see pics.Overall I think it's a bit pricey for what it is, but I do like three fact they are different than your plain Jane cardboard puzzles. Bought two in this purchase; I believe Amazon had them at nearly the same price as Unidragon's black Friday deal, and still got the quick shipping. One suggestion I thought of, and I honestly have no idea if they already do this or not, that would be relatively simple to implement for the company, would be to offer a high res image of the puzzle via the website. Or you can make it available via QR code in the box or something. The only image you get is the puzzle box and just like the rest of the puzzle, it's much smaller than your regular cardboard puzzles. A high res image will help a lot. The obvious quick fix is to take a pic of the cover with a smartphone and zoom on the pic, which I did, but there's always issues with angle and lighting and stabilization. My iPhone 11 camera didn't pick up the box image all to well, the detail in my picture wasn't near as good as the box, but I blame the photographer and the lighting, not the phone (and certainly not Unidragon). I just think a high res image download from the manufacturer would be easy and effective, considering the price I'm paying.I probably wouldn't spend the dough on it again, but I've already got two and they'll last a long while.

Nice wooden puzzle
If you're a wooden puzzle fan, this a nice one. I've done Liberty and Wentworth (and am now spoiled), and I'll say this is only slightly below those in challenge. At first I was concerned because the pieces were smaller than typical, but that didn't bother me. There were fewer of the "feature" pieces that Liberty is so good at, but it was perfectly cut and every piece fit precisely. The irregular edge made a little added interest. It has already made the rounds to two other puzzle friends and they liked it as well. For the price, a good wooden puzzle.

A fun puzzle to build
The pieces are thick and sturdy, and should last decades! The pieces do fit a bit loosely, but, with their being so thick, that’s necessary, as putting a wrong piece in would be otherwise difficult to remove. The shapes are also fun, and it’s more interesting to build, this is a small puzzle (200 pieces), so it only took about 2 hours to build.

A very challanging puzzle
The puzzle is quite challenging. The designer addressed many issues that make a puzzle difficult, like not standard-shaped pieces and no straight edges. The shape you are looking for usually does not exist because it could be two or even three pieces. There were times when I had the correct piece but it didn't fit right away and had to be rotated several times. The wooden pieces were beautiful but very sensitive (not sturdy) until the puzzle was completed. I highly recommend this puzzle to the puzzle fanatics liking a challenge.
