NUCO Certified ORGANIC Paleo Gluten Free Vegan Coconut Wraps, 5 Count (One Pack of Five Wraps)

I'm a huge fan. NUCO should pay me for writing this review. Seriously! I've been telling my friends and family about these coconut wraps for months. I gave up wheat and bread as part of a lifestyle change/switch to a more plant-based diet for health reasons. After trying for weeks to find coconut wraps at local stores in NC, I finally found the smaller packs of NUCO at the Wegman's in Raleigh. However, I burned through those small packs in about 3 days, so I flipped to the 50-count pack. They are incredibly versatile. Sometimes I toast them - they become crisp very quickly so watch them carefully if you do this. When toasted, it is like a large, thin wafer. Untoasted, these have a slightly tender texture, and a mild slightly sweet flavor. I mostly eat it with za'atar, but I've also used it to make veggie wraps, smeared them with almond butter, snacked on them plain. One day I brought a package of these on a train ride and just devoured them as my snack. It's satisfying and filling.

Didn’t like these at all.Flavor was not good nor was the texture.

I must say... this is amazing!!! These do not need to be refrigerated, it'll probably ruin them. These can be eaten as is right out of the package - I heat mine on low, makes them crispy. When you heat these up you have a limited time to roll it up. I heat these in a (big enough) pan on the lowest stovetop setting for just seconds. You'll notice the wrap turn brown, that's a good thing, then flip it on the other side for a few seconds. You'll have about 10 seconds from the moment you take it out of the pan. I set aside everything I'm putting inside (my veggies are already cut and prepared). My veggies are literally stacked, ready to get rolled up in the wrap. Anything wet (like cucumbers, tomatoes, fruits, etc) will make the wrap soggy, a little like sushi. When you cook it, it gets crispy like a taquitos or chimichangas. Makes for a great wrap cooked and as is.I've also purchased the cinnamon coconut wraps... speechless. I cooked fresh strawberries with monk fruit for the filling, cooked the cinnamon wrap for the crunch then topped it off with almond whipped cream. Yum!Either way, these are amazing and I highly recommend for those with gluten intolerances. These are just as diverse as tortillas, get creative with coconut curries or use it to curb your sweet tooth. These arrived on time as stated. There weren't any ripped/broken pieces - these are very flexible like warm tortillas. Do NOT refrigerate after opening - it says that on each package. Again, I'd highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. Enjoy!

The first few times I bought this products one or two of the wraps inside would stick to the paper packaging(not usable if it sticks) This last time mostly all the wraps are sticking to the paper wrapping and you can’t get it off of the paper. I do not see where I can contact the seller to replace the item. This product is way to expensive to lose any of the wraps due to being stuck on the paper and mostly all of the wraps are sticking in this pack.The taste is great and I really like them but now I’m afraid the other packages will come the same way.

I really like these wraps. They were flexible enough to wrap into spring rolls as well as delicious used to wrap fried bananas and pan fry into a crispy wrap. They do have a coconut flavor so pair with things that are complimented by this flavor like Thai foods and deserts. I also like that they do not require refrigeration and seem to last months in their package on a cupboard shelf if unopened. I took one star because they are pricey but so are all other brands of similar wraps. This brand is made with quality ingredients and has many certifications by recognized organizations. I use these as a special treat but would use many more if they were more cost effective.

I love these! Firstly - yes - they 100% taste & smell like coconut, so if you're expecting anything else, don't. They contain only coconut ingredients so the math is pretty easy - they're gonna taste like coconut. They are slightly sweet and will work perfectly stuffed with berries & fluffy cheese or cream, but I've used them so far stuffed with a crepe-like omelet with avocado & cream cheese. They haven't torn or broken and they wrap the omelet up perfectly. Being a specialty product, I expected them to be small, which while they aren't large typical burrito-size wraps, they're also not little corn tortilla size either. Perfect for my liking.Only complaint is the packaging: these are hard to get out of the bag, as the wax paper they're placed between is connected to the next sheet, which is connected to the next sheet etc.... you end up having to take the whole lot out of the bag, get your wrap, then fight to put them back in the bag. It would be a lot easier if each sheet of wax paper was separated.
