If this tv supports bbc iplayer, how so, as my new 2021 tv does not?

This model comes with iPlayer, ITV Hub, My 5 and All 4 apps pre-installed as well as Netflix, Prime, You Tube etc. I have had problems running the UK TV apps (iPlayer...All 4) apps on occasion - they either all work or they do not work and interestingly on the times when they do not work, Prime YouTube etc still seem to be OK. The last time that I had a problem with iPlayer etc, I re-booted the TV into 'safe mode' and then re-booted back to normal mode (use the Help Button on the remote to see how to do this) and everything seemed to be back to normal. It could be a problem with the way that the iPlayer apps etc integrate with the Android operating system that is the cause of this particular problem.

What is the width distance at the furthest point between the legs of the stand
