good flavor
I thought I would try this, and I do like it, it is a bit expensive but after buying other brands less expensive, I feel the taste and crispness with this is good.

Tasty, Crunchy, Not prohibitively expensive
Wow. Really yummy. Better than Goldmine and slightly better than Superkraut’s. I’m on my 2nd jar of the Classic and it’s about as perfect as you can get. The texture really sets it apart. It’s more of an irregular chop rather than shredded and it’s crunchier. Also the brine is not overly sour, and no single taste note dominates it. It’s the only brand with brine I can drink without getting nauseous. I definitely recommend it for people who don’t want to make their own, and for anyone who wonders what the big deal is with raw, fermented kraut, this is a good one to try because it’s a bit less expensive than the others. Including the fresh ones from WF and Mom’s Organic.

Unfinished product
I come from Germany and know how sauerkraut is supposed to taste. This kraut fermented maybe 1 week, it is too hard, no taste. Not sour not salty. I don’t recommend this product. I am very disappointed. For the cost buy Masontops and make your own. Even for your time invested, it would still save you money.

Delicious but small.
This sauerkraut is very fresh tasting and delicious, is different from grocery store products in that it has the probiotics. So all good...just be aware that the amount is only about 2 cups.

Very good!
got this because it has the probiotics in it. It is unpasteurized, which is great. In a glass jar, which I love! I put it in my salads which adds a little ummph to the salad. It is good for you. I am on a restricted diet from health issues, so this is perfect! It is pricey, compared to grocery store pasteurized sauerkraut.

very god but a little bit too thick crunchy for me
I really liked this sauerkraut, particularly as I am going through a search for the perfect brand, given that it stimulates your immune system, which hopefully will be of use during this Covid-19 crisis, and this seems to have all the right characteristics, raw, non-gmo, traditional probiotic process-- so it is almost perfect, but it is reallythick and crunchy -- I wish they made a "creamy" version that was softer. This requires a pretty serious chewing commitment, so I have been putting it in "bullet" processor, which does the trick in a couple of seconds.

Bad batch or what ??? Same as last time !!!
This sauerkraut was always the best one out there !! I guess that’s why I’m so disappointed.It was the best, but I could afford to buy it all the time as I would like to because it quite expensive but it was worth it. The taste was simply wonderful.To my big surprise the last one I bought is horrible !!! Doesn’t even remind the taste of the previous ones.When I received it I immediately could notice that the color was different than usual. The when I tasted it just confirmed my suspicion. Big pity because Hampton’s was always the best. Not anymore.

I've tried many krauts, and I I love eating this one! It's crisp, tasty, and well-balanced. I'd even say succulent.
