Blower works great.. I bought the extended warranty from ASURION 3 Year Extended Protection. they have still not sent any info.. Tomorrow I'll call the get my money back.. the problem they said I didn't purchase it the same time as the blower.. Not true.. I do have 2 invoices.. 1 for blower, 1 for warranty.. I guess there are NOT linked.. Since Ausion won't give me a warrant # I can not Register it.. If I have this much Problems get it registered.. I can't think what a warranty claim will entail.

Comparatively quiet, very strong blower that does what it supposed to and for a good price. Just dont forget that you need to but a check valve separately as it is not included and you have to have ome if you dont already.

Had this professionally installed. First problem that was ran into was the installer had to put a new cable on it since it had the wrong connector for my spa and the cable would have been too short anyways. After that he got it in no problems, and left it running for me to check out. So far so good, only a small glitch. Next problem that occurred, was later that evening, the wife and I of course being excited to enjoy the new blower hopped in and fired it up after about 5 minutes the unit shut off, we tried turning it on again and nothing. I got the installer back after a couple of days and when he went to turn it on the blower turned on for less than a minute and shut off and he could not get it to start again. Fortunately, I was able to return it, unfortunately the seller is threatening a 50% "restocking" fee for a faulty product that they sold. TLDR: Shady seller that hits you with restocking fees for the faulty products that they sell.

This blower replaced the blower that had seized on my spa. Now my children can enjoy the bubbling effect of the hot tub in the back yard. This blower is very potent try to keep it at a lower setting if possible. We absolutely love it. Keep in mind for some hot tubs it might require some minor modifications. Originally the connector did not fit. However, it was a simple swap of the old connector and we were in business.

This is the Second one of these i purchased. I wrote the first one off , but the second one I decided to take apart and check it out. The blower was still working but very little bubbles. What I found was the internal motor is held on by hose clamp. The hose clamp loosens up and the motor comes loose. I also found this screw that was broken off from somewhere inside. I put it back together and put some orange Lock tight on the hose clamp screw. I hope this will keep it form loosening up again. It works fine now. If you buy one of these you should open it up and check the hose clamp for tightness and put red lock tight on it. Also mount the blower on rubber pad to help absorb some of the vibration. I should have opened the first one , i probably could have fixed that one too. it did the same thing.

After having to order 2 replacement orders because products were being lost during transport, I finally recieved my order and it met all my expectations. Thank you Amazon for ur excellent customer service.

This replaced a very old pump in our outdoor hot tub. It was easy to install and works great.

Why would any business ship a fragile product without any protection? There wasn't any bubble wrap, paper,or popcorn surrounding the motor . Sketchy quality control, at best. As far as operation...so far, so good. ( Fingers crossed ) Blower comes with long power cord. ( Albeit wrong connector for my Max Spa tub .) Quiet operation. So far....worth the price - compared to almost doubled what you would pay a retailer.
