Works great for energy and focus boost and has the best flavor so far. I'm very picky with the flavors so I take it as a shot to help get it over with but this one tastes great. It gives you the tingling sensation in your face as the ones high in beta alanine do... Which takes some getting use to but I feel like it's actually working when I can feel that. I would highly recommend. It's very affordable compared to other brands I've tried that did not work nearly as well.

Everytime I used this preworkout I felt so sick after I haven't experienced this with any other preworkout and it's very powdery tasting. Will not repurchase.

I have tried dozens of pre workouts and this stuff is great. Good energy and good pumps. Great for the price. My wife and I love it.

It's taste really "powdery" and the one I received the seal was broken :(I don't know if something was put in it!

As mentioned the seal was broken on mine as well, I dont think anything was put it in though. Has a weird taste and one of the ingredients caused me to feel a weird pins and needles type effects which is real uncommon. Would not buy again.
