Swig Savvy Sports Water Bottle, Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel, Straw Leakproof Lid, Storage Sleeve - 32oz (Blue)

First off, I wanted to clarify that I did NOT receive this product for a discount for my review. I paid the listed price on Amazon because I needed a new water bottle after my previous favorite (Trudeau) was broken when knocked over by my cat. With that being said, this is by far my favorite water bottle! And I have a collection of water bottles... like a whole over-the-door hanging shoe rack worth of water bottles. I have been on the hunt for a perfect water bottle for a while. I prefer straws since I tend to drink more water with them and the bottles have to be durable. I have tried the Camelbak water bottles, but I don't like that I have to bite the straw to drink and the amount of liquid is somewhat limited. The Swig Savvy water bottle has a solid flow and allows for quick drinking, comparable to the larger straws you can purchase with Tervis cups. Unlike the Tervis bottles and straws, the Swig Savvy neatly tucks away the straw for travel, or to hide the straw from a chewing kitten (which is my case). I have found that the Swig Savvy is pretty heavy duty and just has a solid feel to the construction of it. There is a pad on the bottom of the bottle to prevent slipping, which I like. But what I really like is how cold it keeps the water, even hours after a refill. Most of the time, I drink the water before it reaches room temperature, but on the rare occasion I don't, I'm surprised that the water is still cool after sitting out for a while. By far, the Swig Savvy keep water colder than other water bottles I have tried, including Tervis, Polar Bottle, Trudeau, and several others. The Swig Savvy comes with a pouch, but I don't use it. I would have preferred for the strap to be removable, but it isn't without cutting it off. The strap on the pouch is a large shoulder strap, which is something that just isn't beneficial for me since there is already a loop on the water bottle itself. The strap and pouch is still not an issue for me, but it may be a plus for others. In my mind, this is THE perfect water bottle. I have used it every day since getting it, and I cannot recommend it enough.Update: 8/14/17This thing is still amazing. I managed to drop it down a couple of concrete stairs and while it is scratched, the plastic tab to raise the straw broke off. I e-mailed the company and they sent me a new replacement lid. Disclaimer... I purchased a second water bottle, same thing just different color. I still use both of these constantly, every single day. It goes everywhere with me... May only be used second to my phone. I am amazed at how well these water bottles have held up. I've dropped them, conked my poor kitty on the head (an accident, please don't judge), left them in a hot car for hours, and yet to have a problem. I find that they leak a bit if they get tipped over, but really, they are still my go-to water bottle. Even after leaving the matte black one in my car all day, sitting in the hot sun, when I get back the water is still cold and the ice cubes still alive.

I absolutely love this water bottle! The insulation works great, keeping my drink cold the entire time it takes me to drink all of it. I have been drinking more water since having this bottle due to its keeping my water cold and also the fact that it's easy to carry around and put in the cup holder when I'm driving. I bought my first one of these over a year ago. About a week and a half ago, the bottle took a nasty fall, causing the spout to break. I had the spout open. Had it been closed, it probably wouldn't have broken. Sad day! I immediately ordered a new one. I was so excited when it finally arrived a few days later. Unfortunately, my joy was short lived, as I soon discovered that the bottle and the lid were both defective. I emailed Super Deal right away to let them know. I expected to wait a day or two for a reply, but much to my surprise, I received a reply within the hour! Wow! They apologized for the error, and immediately shipped a replacement. I received my new bottle a couple of days ago. I am happy to say that it was in perfect condition, and I am now happily enjoying having my cold water throughout the day. This bottle is sturdy too!I am extremely pleased with the promptness with which Super Deal addressed my concerns and resolved the issue. I am a satisfied customer and totally recommend not only this amazing water bottle but also Super Deal as a great company that truly cares about its customers.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using this bottle for a month or so now and I really enjoy using it. It's great for school, work or if I'm just planning on being out of the house for most of the day. I really like the matte navy finish on it and it keeps drink cold/preserves ice for quite a while. If I fill it up with ice and a cold drink in the morning, there will still be ice in the bottle by the evening. In fact, I once filled it up with ice, used it for several hours during a hot day, left it in my car overnight and collected it out of my car the next day in the afternoon to find that there was still ice in it. Very impressive.The size is perfect for me. It's definitely large, but it doesn't feel overly large in my hand when I'm holding it. It's too large for my cup holders, but may fit in some cup holders; however, it is rather tall, so I don't think that using it in the car cup holders would be the best idea. I really like that it came with a case to carry it and I almost never take it out of the case because its easier to tote around with the adjustable strap. Unlike previous cups I have had, it holds enough liquid for me that I can drink it casually for about 6-8 hours without feeling like I need to buy a drink while I'm out, as long as I'm not doing much physical activity.The reason I deducted a star is that I have issue with the lid and drinking spout. The lid leaks out of the spout, which I was not aware of when I bought this (I am attaching a video of this). It leaked into my bag one day shortly after I started using it and since then, I always make sure to keep it upright. This is not a huge problem for me, as I usually just carry it by the strap, but if you are looking for something that you can throw into a bag, this product would not be ideal. The drinking spout can also be a pain because if I don't cover the top hole on the top of the spout with my lip, the drink will drizzle down onto my face.
