Much more powerful than I anticipated. Wiped out all of the weeds in the pond, even though I was shooting for 1/4 of the weeds. Lost about 10% of the fish due to the massive weed kill and oxygen loss. I'll be careful to use even less product next time. I did follow the instructions but we had a heat wave just after application which raised the water temperature of the pond 10 degrees F over the course of a week.Pond his healthy and clear again. Suggest physically removing all dead and dying plants after use so that decomposition effects are minimized on your aquatic wildlife.

Although this product is fairly expensive it does it's job and does it well. I forgot to write a review last year when I used it but am back for more this year. For some reason last year I had a massive outbreak of Illinois pond weed that made my pond nearly unnavigable by boat. Within a week of applying this product the weeds were dead and didn't come back for the remainder of the year. The only downfall is spreading a granular on water which is by no means the chemicals fault. Last year I just used a cup to spread it from the boat and although it was a pain it got the job done. This year I invested in an atv lawn spreader that is powerd by battery and have made a bracket to fasten it to the front of my boat. I will try and remember to get pictures of before and after use and post them later. Highly recommend this product!

I can't recommend this product enough if you are trying to clear a lakefront or pond. Works every time and is super safe on animals.

I’m not super impressed, especially for the price. I used all 20 lbs and treated a small area around my dock. I “kinda” knocked the growth back a bit. Nothing dramatic and definitely no $200 worth.
