Combining 52 percent eco-friendly bamboo with 43 percent superwash merino and 5 percent combed silk gives Crystal Palace's 'Panda Silk Solid' yarn wonderful softness, strength and sheen. In an ultra-soft fingering weight, 'Panda Silk Solid' knits and crochets up marvelously into velvety socks, lacy wraps, adorable baby items and open-weave scarves. Also 'Panda Silk Solid' is carefully color coordinated to blend with multi-hued 'Panda Silk Print,' and the color numbers help you do that. Just match the last two numbers in each group, and you'll have a match! For example, the solid 3001 blends with the multi 4001, 3007 with 4007, and so on. Now what could be easier?

Very fine, nice yarn
Using this yarn to make a shawl. It is very fine, soft, manageable. I am enjoying knitting with it. I am not a great knitter, but I would say I'm intermediate. This is my first shawl and also the first time I am knitting with such a thin yarn - no problems.
