I have to admit! I use the waste support every single DAY!! I have lupus and fibromyalgia. Majority of my pain at night and hits from waste all the way down. I don’t take pain med so I usually just endure it. This has helped keep it at bay.The only problem is the two knee braces don’t work at all. The neck brace doesn’t either. I have left them on all day waiting for it to heat. It never does. If they work they are well worth it. Just not sure how many duds are out there.

Knee brace too small. Wont fit large legs.
