As a beginner I found the cards really useful. It’s handy for the size and really easy to follow from the pictures.

High quality cards that are easy to understand. I love that I can package them back up and keep them in my gym bag. The cards are sturdy and haven’t got damaged after multiple uses at the gym and after being lent to a friend

Love these yoga cards. I was first drawn to the pastel colours which very calming. I like the descriptions, front and back which are helpful since it's been a while since I've practiced yoga. The drawings are nice also, not strange like some others I've seen. Not too many yoga poses but enough without overwhelm. I didn’t mind the size at all even though you would've thought I'd prefer the larger size of cards. I have a yoga app which I'm practicing with and these cards are great reminders, especially for travelling, it fits easily in my handbag or pockets, and I can create my own sequences. I highly recommend these.

My daughter lives them! Good quality and great to use for yoga practise sequences..

The cards are ok with reasonable images and instructions. The pack includes a link to a website where you can supposedly see videos on how to perform each pose. Unfortunately, the link dosen't, work which is a real shame as I think I would find the videos very helpful.
