This stuff is AMAZING! It puts me to sleep FAST and keeps me sleeping. I don't care for the consistency but I just chase it with water. It's not supposed to taste good.....ITS A SUPPLEMENT 😆 The flavor isn't bad to me. It's like swallowing honey. Put it at the back of your throat and swallow. Easy. People just complain too much

Great for ADHD restlessness at night. Tastes a little rough, but easy to chase or take with water. Works very fast- ready for sleep in 20-30 minutes max.

This works so well! I only take about one or two milligrams worth and I’m ready for a perfect night of sleep. It’s amazing for my autistic daughter who otherwise would never sleep. Please never stop making this!

Works really well, I take and within 30 mins- 1hour I am ready for sleep. The only thing I dislike is the taste it has an earthy aftertaste.

So the whole reason to use liquid vs pill form meds is that the liquid stuff tends to act very Very V E R Y fast (there is no other benefit). Which is fantastic if you want something to knock you out pronto. Which this will. I'd recommend cutting the dose at least in half (so half a dropper) for younger to mid age adults. As you get older the pineal gland will degrade more so more melatonin for people in their 60's or older makes sense. 10mg melatonin is a whoooole lot for most younger people though! If you take to much it can cause grogginess, freakish & vivid dreams, waking hallucinations (hypnoagogic), or even keep you up instead of helping you sleep! So yeah reduce the amount and work your way up as needed if you're not 60+. Flavor wise it tastes vaguely of berries and mostly of some herb. Its not tasty but its not disgusting either so I don't mind it. If you have kids don't use this stuff. Or find a much lower dose liquid melatonin. The .5-1mg melatonin gummies will work fine. They taste better anyways and so are easier to get your kids to use. This is very much for adults and older people only.

This right here ensures a great sleep for me. It tastes pleasant and it works for me!

This is AWFUL. It has the color and consistency of honey; thick, weird goop, even after shaking well. I am SO glad I didn’t put the entire dropper amount in my mouth and decided to try a tiny drop first. One little drop that touched my tongue and one side of my throat felt like FIRE. And the feeling will NOT GO AWAY. It reminds me of eating something so hot that it burns my mouth severely. This is not expired, the date for 2027. And the plastic was in tact when I got it. So, if the is what the product is like… I don’t know how anyone can stand it! It is also NOT an allergic reaction, as I have been using melatonin for a long, long time. I was using another brand and thought I’d give this one a whirl. I’m sad I did! I would almost classify it as dangerous.

OK, this is a well-known company so I can’t really knock the product. And maybe I should give it more of a four star but the taste is absolutely horrible!
