never thought to say it.. but how i lived till now without them :))) fantastic product delivered in time and make me sweat a lot.the brand is really good i will purchase more from them :)

I always had to deal with my thighs when training as they seem that won’t want to lose any weight and get in shape, but since I’ve tried this thigh trimmers wow I can def see the difference! Highly recommend for stubborn fat around your thighs that won’t go away , this product is gone melt it away!

I am using all of the bands without the Sweet Sweat gel so if you're interested in finding out how these bands work alone, check out my other reviews.I just received these so have just tried them a few times. The fabric is very soft and pliable, even the neoprene on the inside is much more pliable than I had expected. Just like the arm and waist trimmers, they are surprisingly comfortable and easy to work out in, but they aren't quite as practical, since legs rub together the leg trimmers do seem to rub on each other, and they stay put on skin but over shorts they seem to slide down. Now that I've tried them a few times I find they slide down even on skin and have to be readjusted, which isn't the biggest deal.I bought the waist and arm trimmers too and when you put everything on it's like wearing armour and it gets very hot, but that is the point. It does feel somewhat like being in a sauna or perhaps a Marvel movie.There is also another potential benefit that I thought I should mention. I did not think I would ever buy a product like this but I watched a video on a workout machine called a Vasper. One component of that machine works on the theory that when the arms and thigh muscles are compressed with cuffs, it causes an increase in lactic acid which signals the brain that the muscles are working hard and that causes more of a release in growth hormone. I have not seen any of these claims made about Sweet Sweat, but when I saw the cuffs on the Vasper I thought of these. Then I read reviews from ladies who said these really helped to trim down various parts.Here is what the creator of Vasper claims: "You are sending a signal to the pituitary gland that you just destroyed your muscle tissue because you are getting a very high concentration of lactic acid. So we are basically hacking the brain into thinking we just ran up a 2000 foot mountain and destroyed the muscle tissue. That happens when concentrated lactic acid..."That said, the cuffs on the Vasper are machine cooled, yes, that crazy piece of equipment comes with a cooler in the back, which I would guess makes it a very, very expensive piece of equipment, which led me to think that trying the Sweet Sweat bands might be a much more affordable option.
