After using the product for 3 work weeks, I can say that the brace works well. Below are my critiques of the product:PROS- material quality is best I have ever used- support is great (if you get the right size)- mesh-like material of the belt does allow some breathability- company communicates well and really does want you to be 100% satisfied with thier product- support braces in the belt are very firm, but you can move and bend with the brace onCONS- the shoulder straps to not stay in place. I have to constantly readjust them to the tension I want throughout the day because they slip down the strap as I move around during the day- sizing per the chart is not right in my experience. I was an in between size and chose a xl that was too big. A large was better, but not optimum for me.- design flaw of the belt straps. The velcro is only on the ENDS of the straps. The rest of the belt strap isn't useable to adhere one strap over the other. This limits how tight you can strap the belts for your ideal support.NEUTRAL- there is only one way you can wrap the belt straps since the right strap has a vinyl cover that won't allow the left strap to adhere over the right strap.- still sweat with the belt on, but not quite as much as a back brace that isn't mesh-like at the belt line.- to clean, you need to handwash and air dry. This belt won't last very long if you put in the washing machine on a weekly basis.

This belt is ok though I think it needs to provide more compression. I ordered my size, and it fits nicely. The only issue I have is that when wearing it with pants, either ones with a belt or drawstring, the belt pushes down the back of my pants and I constantly have to keep pulling them up. I need to use this brace anytime I need it which is very often both at home and outside.Also, this belts steel ribs stat to dig into my side, especially after sitting a while. The biggest issue is how it pushes down the back of my pants when I'm out.

I have read other reviews about the brace constantly shifting. I have yet to experience that. I work a job that requires me to be on the moving furniture on a consistent basis throughout a 10+ hour shift. So far this brace does exactly what I need it to do. So my recovery doesn't include my lower back which is a lot when you have to get up and out the door ready for work. And it's affordable. Haven't had it long enough to be certain of its durability but what I paid for it I feel I'm coming out ahead.

Definitely worth the couple dollars more.

at first, I ordered a small one and it was so tight but then I ordered a second one Medium size and it fits perfectly. It is very easy to use you even wear it on top of a vest and can really feel the support to your posture.
