Good value when purchased on line, and the botanicas can be hard to find in local stores near me. I did have one arrive empty, and upon examining i noticed it had a hairline crack. There was no oil, or mess in the packaging so makes me believe it happened during factory distribution. When I reached out to company (amazon prompts you to handle through distributors) they informed me that I have to get refund from Amazon that it had to happen on their end...amazon does not handle it, and states so when ordering! So this was not on amazon it was on them, and they did not return any emails after that...kind of crappy. I had already plugged 2 in before noticing so I couldn't return. Just inspect all of them before using.
